Special Needs
TOUCH is dedicated to the growth and empowerment of persons with disabilities. Our programmes for persons with disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities, and Deaf aim to impart essential life skills, address employment needs, and maximise their potential to be independent and contributing members of society.
We are committed to building an ecosystem of support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers through specialised services to empower them to gain independence.
We provide competency-based programmes for persons with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. These enhance their quality of life and enable them to live independently in the community.
Our programmes empower the Deaf to be independent individuals, guiding their growth in the areas of education, vocation, recreation, and social development. We also collaborate with the hearing community to create impactful change for the Deaf.
