Bringing support for persons with disabilities closer to home

In support of the Enabling Masterplan 2030 to bring community support services closer to the homes of persons with disabilities and their caregivers, TOUCH has been appointed by SG Enable to operate an Enabling Services Hub (ESH) in Jurong. 

We are committed to building an ecosystem of support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers living in Jurong West, Jurong East, Clementi or Queenstown.

We offer the following services:

• Information & Referral
• Social & Recreational Activities
• Caregiver Support
• Continual Education & Learning Courses 

Eligibility Criteria

• Between 18 and 60 years old 
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
• Diagnosed with disabilities of the following nature, or are caregivers of persons with these disabilities:
  • Physical 
  • Intellectual (IQ level of less than 70)
  • Sensory (Visual Impairment or Deafness)
  • Autism
• Living in Jurong West, Jurong East, Clementi or Queenstown
• Not enrolled in any Government-Funded Disability Services 

What to Expect

Through collaborations with community partners such as People’s Association, schools and libraries, persons with disabilities and the community can participate in activities together and nurture a more inclusive culture within the neighbourhood. Persons with disabilities can also participate in bite-size Continual Learning and Education courses specially curated to bolster their functional and social skills.
