Main Responsibilities
- Provide home-based nursing services to help the frail elderly age in his own home, with the greatest independence and quality of life:
- Health monitoring and nursing procedure
- Conduct home-based needs assessment and coordinate care services
- Conduct eldercare training for caregivers / staff / volunteers
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Requirements
- Full Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Able to converse in simple mandarin with mandarin-speaking elderly / caregivers
Social Worker (TOUCH Counselling & Social Support - Kallang)
Main Responsibilities
- Providing social services to clients in the Home Ownership Plus Education (HOPE) Scheme.
- Work with the clients and relevant agencies to ensure needs of clients are met.
- Be involved in both direct and indirect work for the benefit of clients.
- Be involved in both direct and indirect work for the benefit of clients.
- Involved in groupwork and workshop facilitation
- Participate in the planning and execution of programmes/workshops relevant to clients.
- To conduct training & support groups for prison inmates.
- To prepare necessary reports.
Requirements
- Degree Holder with at least 2 years of social work experience.
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Singapore Association of Social Worker preferred.
- Basic skill in MS Excel, MS Doc.
- Good team player with positive attitude, caring and compassionate individual.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at different levels such as government agencies, external collaborative agencies, prospective vendors.
- Display commitment towards work.

- Has analytical skills.
Occupational Therapist (TOUCH Home Care)
Main Responsibilities
- Provide home-based occupational therapy services to help the frail elderly age in his own home, with the greatest independence and quality of life:
- Active rehabilitation
- Assistive device prescription and training
- Home assessment and modification
- Conduct home-based needs assessment and coordinate care services
- Conduct eldercare training for caregivers / staff / volunteers

Requirements
- Full Registered Occupational Therapist with Allied Health Professions Council
- Able to converse in simple mandarin with mandarin-speaking elderly / caregivers
Programme Executive (TOUCH Leadership & Mentoring)
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct leadership development and mentoring programme in schools
- Plan, prepare and implement activities for TL&M programme
- Design and develop basic leadership & mentoring curriculum
- Prepare materials for programme or projects and maintain records and reports of activities
- Lead and manage volunteer
Requirements
- Diploma holder preferably with 1-2 years of training experience
- Experience in classroom management skills
- Good public speaking skills
- Good communication, interaction and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, online games and applications
- Able to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for teaching and working with youths
Physiotherapist (TOUCH Home Care)

- Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level with credit in EL1 / CL1.
- Diploma in Pre-School Education.
- Min 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
