2017

Singapore Health Quality Service Award

Mrs Julie Seow, Diabetes Life Coach at TOUCH Diabetes Support, was a recipient of the Superstar Award (ILTC Administration Category) at the Singapore Health Quality Service Awards 2017, organised by the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Julie was honoured for her work and commitment to better the lives of people with diabetes through community support. The Singapore Health Quality Service Award is Singapore’s first dedicated platform to honour healthcare professionals who have delivered quality care and excellent service to patients.

2016

Wofoo Asian Award

TOUCH Cyber Wellness (TCW) was honoured at the Wofoo Asian Award for Advancing Family Well-Being held on 4 November 2016 in Seoul, South Korea. Wofoo is presented and organised by CiFA – Consortium of Institutes on Family in the Asian Region. The award seeks to recognise the efforts of organisations, agencies and community partners that reach out to help families in Asia. TCW went through several rounds of judging, which included the submission of a Cyber Wellness Family Support Programme, before it was shortlisted for a final round of judging in Seoul in November 2016. TCW received the Silver Award for its submission and My Favourite Project accolade, which was voted by delegates attending the symposium.

Charity Transparency Award

Transparency and good governance help organisations to build strong relationships with their stakeholders. TOUCH Community Services, TOUCH Family Services and TOUCH International were awarded the inaugural Charity Transparency Awards by the Charity Council for its exemplary disclosure practices. TOUCH is committed to the continuous journey of governance excellence. 

Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) Excellence Award

TOUCH Seniors Activity Centre (TSAC) was conferred the Service Quality Improvement Award in recognition of its Seniors Caring for Seniors programme which has empowered 57 active clients to step out and become elderly befrienders. TSAC Assistant Manager, Yong Yin Hoong, was also honoured at the award ceremony with the individual Silver Award for Service Quality for her contributions in serving the clients of TSAC.

Healthcare Humanity Award

TOUCH Seniors Activity Centre's Programme Executives, Mr Richard Chia and Mr James Lee, were a recipient of this national award given to outstanding and inspirational healthcare workers who go the extra mile to care for the sick and infirmed. Since 2007, seven of TOUCH Community Services' staff have received this award.

Country Partner

Global Youth Service Day: TOUCH Community Services – led by TOUCH Leadership and Mentoring – was reappointed Country Partner for this worldwide movement by Youth Service America that celebrates and mobilises children and youths around the world to improve their communities through service and Service-Learning.
2014

Outstanding Social Worker Award

Ms Julia Lee, Director of TOUCH Seniors Activity Centre was a recipient of the Outstanding Social Worker Award 2014 – the highest accolade given to social workers in Singapore – organised by the Singapore Association of Social Workers and supported by the Ministry of Social and Family Development.

Good Practice Award

TOUCH Caregivers Support was recognised for its productivity and innovation as part of the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) Awards organised by the Agency for Integrated Care.

Healthcare Humanity Award

TOUCH Home Care’s Senior Occupational Therapist, Sandy Goh, was a recipient of this national award given to outstanding and inspirational healthcare workers who go the extra mile to care for the sick and infirmed. Since 2007, five of THC’s staff have received this award.

Country Partner

Global Youth Service Day: TOUCH Community Services – led by TOUCH Leadership and Mentoring – was appointed Country Partner for this worldwide movement by Youth Service America that celebrates and mobilises children and youths around the world to improve their communities through service and Service-Learning. 
2011

Singapore Youth Award

TOUCH Cyber Wellness, a service of TOUCH Youth, was awarded the nation's highest youth accolade under the Community & Youth Services Team Category, in recognition of its commitment in encouraging holistic youth development through promoting cyber wellness, healthy gaming and online safety. The Award was presented by Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister & Coordinating Minister for National Security & Minister for Home Affairs at the Istana.

Centre of Specialisation Certification

TOUCH Seniors Activity Centre was appointed by the National Council of Social Service as a Centre of Specialisation with the aim of transferring its knowledge and expertise to other voluntary welfare organisations in the eldercare sector. This partnership seeks to further enhance service delivery standards and competencies, which will ensure greater effectiveness and utilisation of resources. 

Singapore Prestige Brand Award

TOUCH Community Services is a winner of the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) 2011 - Special Merit (not-for-profit organisations), in recognition of its effective brand management and branding initiatives. Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance and Manpower, was the Guest-of-Honour at the prestigious award ceremony.
2007

Outstanding Non-profit Organisation Award

TOUCH was the winner in this category of the National Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards, which recognises best practices in the management of volunteers and donors (including fundraising practices) in non-profit organisations. 
2006

Work-Life Achiever Award

TOUCH was a winner in this category, organised by the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy which includes the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports. 
2005

PBM

Mr Eugene Seow, Executive Director of TOUCH Community Services, was conferred the public service medal in recognition of the role of TOUCH in the tsunami relief efforts.
2002

National Volunteerism Awards

One of two Merit winners of “Best Volunteer Management Award” by the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre.
1998

PBM

Mr Lawrence Khong, Founding Chairman of TOUCH Community Services, was conferred the public service medal in recognition of his contributions to the community.
